Hi! I'm Jen, and I founded Dollar Divas. I know how hard it is to be a frustrated business owner and to feel like it's all so overwhelming and complicated.

As a former dancer, dancer studio manager and life-long entrepreneur I’ve never had a consistent, steady pay-check. I've tried every money management technique out there to make running the financial side of my businesses less confusing, overwhelming, and time-consuming.

But there were so many obstacles on my way to figuring this out...

  • My income was rarely reliable, and having fluctuating business revenue made me certain I'd never be able to pay myself a steady pay-check.

  • The way most people teach you how to "save for taxes" made no sense to me. How could I be proactive if I didn't know how much I'd make and spend that year?

  • I've always been a total spender and that extended to my business, but no one ever teaches us how to create AND STICK TO a budget in business.

Oh, and after all the spare time I had to spend on figuring this out vanished with the birth of my second child, I knew that being able to accomplish all these things without adding a million extra steps (and hours) was critical...

How I created M&B 101

Soon after having my new system in place, it helped me accomplish some major business AND personal money goals... from finally paying off long-term debt, to giving myself a pay raise (!!!), not to mention, tax seasons are finally low-stress knowing I have plenty savings set aside and systems that make meetings with my accountant a breeze.

My results weren't the only ones... I started implementing this system with other business owners so they could replicate the same results in THEIR businesses

(and they did!).

So I put together a short cliff notes course to teach my signature, simple system to help you give yourself an instant pay raise!

When you become a client, we’ll use the following curriculum to guide your training and education and pace us through the time we’ll be working together.

Section 1 - WHERE ARE YOU NOW?

Before we get into the “fixing” we need to understand where you’re starting from. In this phase, we’ll work together to take inventory of where you and your business are at. We’ll identify your revenue sources, your current spending behaviour, what your net worth is, and set your highest-priority, short-term income and money goals so we know exactly where to go next.

Section 2 - FINDING THE TIME

In this section, we go through your week and find those few precious minutes you need to keep your cash flow moving. I will help you carve out an hour each week to dedicate to your money with my signature "Money Power Hour".

Section 3 - CREATING A CUSTOM ROADMAP

It's time to look at your cash flow and develop your "Bank Account Architecture" which will be the solid financial foundation for you to build your business empire on. I will teach you to use how to research the right financial institution for your business and how to talk to bankers to get exactly what you want and need.

Section 4 - HANDLING YOUR CASH

I will teach you to use my simple, user friendly income allocation tools so that every dollar you make is put to use in the most efficient way possible. By the end of this course, you'll have a 30 minute weekly routine to solve 99% of your business finance woes!
