In this episode Jen is alllll alone... sad. She's had a crazy few weeks which included a meeting in a rain storm while trying to keep her son from running into the ocean.

Our guest today is Mariana Padilla. Mariana is the founder and CEO of Red Lab Marketing. Mariana founded Red Lab Marketing in 2020, and named her business after her dog Walter, who is a Red Fox Labrador.

Red Lab Marketing provides strategic, b.s.-free, social media marketing services to high-powered coaches and course creators. Mariana also recently launched a social media group coaching program called “Social Media Like a Pro Bootcamp.”

Mariana is passionate about keeping it real about business. She also loves supporting other female-founded and female-led organizations, and in her spare time, she helps run a non-profit organization called the Urban Farming Initiative, which aims to convert unused commercial properties into thriving urban farms and community hubs
